What is SuperFix?
It's an app we developed to help customers diagnose AND fix their local network, without having to call tech support.
The best thing is it can be used 24/7 (yes, even when our call centre is closed). So, whenever you want to give your network a little TLC and improve the quality, you just open the app and let it do its thing.
What's it's 'thing'? We'll get to that later. But first, to get the most out of SuperFix you need to know when to use it.
When should I use SuperFix?
If your game is lagging or glitching, don't yeet your controller. Take a calming breath, open your SuperFix app, and find out what the problem is.
If you’ve got full coverage one day, and the next your toilet is a blackspot, open our app and SuperFix it.
When video calls constantly drop in and out, or freeze, 'frustrating' isn't the first F-word that comes to mind. Now you can SuperFix it!
Diagnose and fix network drop-offs faster than MacGyver armed with duct tape, paperclips, and his sweet mullet.
SuperFix can't diagnose and fix internet connection problems. But our awesome tech support team can. Unfortunately, we can't download their brains into an app… yet.
How does SuperFix work?
Actually, it’s easier than you might think and can be explained in three simple steps:
This is pretty self-explanatory. Visit the Apple App store or Google Play store and download the app to your phone. You're on your way!
Scan Your Network
Open the app and hit the Network Scan button. This will take around 2-minutes and is more effective when you’re one metre from your modem.
Diagnose and Fix
At the end of your scan you'll get your speed test results. If things seem a little off, click Improve Network Health for some easy-to-follow instructions that'll help you improve your network.
Get off the phone quicker
On the off chance you need to contact the Superloop Tech Support Team, we suggest you run a scan before calling, as each scan generates a unique code. So, when you speak with one of our team, they'll be able to use your code to help diagnose and fix the issue.
