If you’re on an eligible Superloop nbn plan and activate My Speed Boost™, you get up to 24 hours of faster internet speeds at up to double the speed.

Every customer on an eligible Superloop nbn plan, with included Speed Upgrade Days included in the plan, gets 5 FREE Speed Upgrade Days a month.

Don’t worry, your 5 FREE Speed Upgrade Days reload at the start of each billable month. But should you use them all you can purchase additional Speed Upgrade Days for just $2/day.

Not at all! Any unused FREE Bonus Speed Upgrade Days will rollover at the end of your monthly billing period into My Speed Boost™ Bank to a maximum of 30 days.

Please note that My Speed Boost™ is only available to Superloop business nbn customers with a HFC, FTTP or FTTN connection. Only customers whose nbn plan service speed is 50/20Mbps and 100/40Mbps for FTTP and HFC connections, and 50/20Mbps for FTTN connections, (Eligible Plans) qualify for 5 FREE Speed Upgrade Days per month and My Speed Boost™ Bank.

If you change your Superloop nbn plan at any stage, then the accumulated Speed Upgrade Days in My Speed Boost™ Bank will cease, and your service will go to the selected plan’s specifications, as set out in our Critical Information Summary (CIS).

Actual upgrade speeds achieved may be lower than the indicated Speed Tier due to many factors including your network configuration, the location and type of content, the number of users simultaneously accessing the network and the performance of third-party infrastructure that Superloop does not control.
