Heading overseas? All Superloop pre-paid mobile plans have global roaming automatically activated. So, sit back and enjoy your trip.
Here’s a few things to know about our global roaming service
You can disable global roaming via the SuperHub portal and can even choose which parts you want to deactivate; voice calls, SMS/MMS, or data.
To access global roaming services on a Superloop PAYG mobile plan you need to have a positive PAYG credit balance. With a negative balance you can still receive SMS, call Superloop, and access the Superloop site and SuperHub.
Global roaming data is counted per Kilobyte downloaded and uploaded.
We’ve broken down roaming rates into four zones. You can add your destination country below to find out which zone rates will apply.
