To be considered for the SSBI program, families must live on a premises that can get a nbn connection but are not currently connected to the nbn network.

Eligible families will be nominated and pre-approved by Nominating Agencies (such as schools or local community organisations) for the SSBI program. Individual families cannot register for this initiative.

If you’ve been nominated and pre-approved, you will receive a Voucher Number that can be used to claim your free internet.

No, the SSBI is available in all states and territories across Australia.

As there are no costs or payment details required, you won’t have to go through a credit check.

The offer is valid until 30 April 2024, unless withdrawn earlier. So, the sooner you claim your voucher the better.

In the event the SSBI program is not extended past the initial 12 months, you will have the option of taking up one of the many Superloop plans or cancelling your service.

Prior to reaching the end of the 12-month program, Superloop will be in contact to discuss your options. Rest assured Superloop will NOT place you on a paid service without your consent.
