A standout moment came on day one, when Superloop’s Consumer Group Executive, Mehul Dave, took to the stage to deliver his keynote, “From Connectivity to Trust: What Customers Actually Expect in 2026.” His message was clear: in a market full of choice, trust is the real differentiator. Customers are looking for reliability, simplicity and service that just works, which is exactly where Superloop is focused.

Always a key feature of the CommsDay Summit is the Edison Awards where Superloop was proud to return as Title Sponsor for the second year running and take home the Best Telecom Retailer award.

Our CEO Paul Tyler, had the honour of presenting the Hall of Fame inductee, former Minister for Communications Paul Fletcher. It was a well-deserved moment for someone who played such an important role in shaping Australia’s communications sector and helping create the policy settings that supported investment, competition and long-term industry growth.

From the summit floor to the awards stage, the CommsDay 2026 Summit highlighted the strength of Superloop’s presence across the industry and the role we continue to play in shaping the future of connectivity in Australia.
